Help me God, I am afraid
God is our shelter and strength, always ready
to help in times of trouble. So we will not be afraid, even if the earth is shaken and mountains fall into the ocean depths.

Help me God, I am poor
Jesus said "I tell you not to be worried about
the food and drink you need in order to stay alive, or about clothes for your body. After all, isn't life worth more than
food? And isn't the body worth more than clothes? Look at the birds: they do not sow seeds, gather a harvest and put it in
barns; yet your Father in heaven takes care of them! Aren't you worth much more than birds?" Matthew 6.25-26
Help
me God, I am discouraged
Those who trust in the Lord for help will find their strength renewed. They will
rise on wings like eagles; they will run and not get weary they will walk and not grow weak. Isaiah 40.31 Think of
what Jesus went through; how he put up with so much hatred from sinners! So do not let youselves become discouraged and give
up. Hebrews 12.3
Help me God, I am lost
If you do what the Lord wants, he will make
certain each step you take is sure. The Lord will hold your hand, and if you stumble, you still won't fall. Psalm 37.23-24
Our
God is merciful and tender. He will cause the bright dawn fo salvation to rise on us and to shine from heaven on all those
who live in the dark shadow of death, to guide our steps into the path of peace. Luke 1.28-79
Help
me God, I am grieving
The Father is a merciful God, who always gives us comfort. He comforts us when we are
in trouble, so that we can share that same comfort with others in trouble. 2 Corinthians 1.3b-4
When I am
hurting, I find comfort in your promise that leads to life. Psalm 119.50
Help me God, I have lost
hope
Because of his great mercy, God gave us new life by raising Jesus Christ from death. This fills us with
a living hope, and so we look forward to possessing the rich blessings that God keeps for his people. 1 Peter 1.3b-4a
Hope
returns when I remember this one thing: the Lord's unfailing love and mercy still continue, fresh as the morning, as sure
as the sunrise. The Lord is all I have, and so I put my hope in him. Lamentations 2.31-24
Help me
God, I am sick
People brought to Jesus all those who were sick, suffering from all kinds of diseases and disorders;
people with demons, and epileptics, and paralytics - and Jesus healed them all. Matthew 4.2b
Help
me God, I am worried
When I felt my feet slipping, you came with your love and kept me steady. And when I
was burdened with worries, you comforted me and made me feel secure. Psalm 94.18-19
Don't worry about anything,
but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking him with a thankful heart, and God's peace, which is far
beyond human understanding, will keep your hearts and minds safe in union with Christ Jesus. Philippians 4.6-7
